Lance received his mediation training at the A. A. White (University of Houston) Basic 40 Hour Mediation Course.
He frequently volunteers as a mediator at the Harris County Dispute Resolution Center and the Houston Better Business Bureau.
Lance is member of the Houston Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Section and is a Candidate for Membership with the Texas Association of Mediators.
